Partridgeberry Squares
A sweet treat filled with tart partridgeberries and coconut

- 1.75 cups white sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups coconut, dessicated
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups partridgeberries
Preheat oven to 325.
Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
Cream together butter and sugar in a medium-sized bowl.
Add in flour, coconut and milk and mix well.
Stir in partridgeberries.
Pour batter into baking pan, place in pre-heated oven for 35 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Let cool, cut into squares and enjoy!
